My name is Ian Cohen, and I’m a Public Relations major at the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications with a Marketing minor in the Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University. I grew up in Westchester, New York with my family of four, where I developed a strong sense of community and connection. One of the accomplishments I’m most proud of is co-founding Santa for Seniors alongside my twin brother, through which we raise and deliver over 2,000 gifts annually to local nursing home residents. I’m especially interested in sports and entertainment public relations, creative strategy, and storytelling, and I’m focused on gaining hands-on experience that allows me to build meaningful relationships and apply my skills in real-world settings.
